The Microsoft Store website offers a broad range of Microsoft's consumer software, third-party software, PCs, and accessories directly to consumers. As the project's Art Director, I helped design the original site for both domestic and international markets. Next, I oversaw a team of UX designers as we carried out a brand overhaul and site redesign to integrate with the new brick and mortar stores. Through information architecture, user-flow, wire framing, interaction design, visual design, usability testing, and A/B testing, my team is constantly striving to drive higher conversion and revenue on our site.
